- x2 garlic cloves
- 1/2 red onion
- x1 tbsp. truffle oil
- x2 tbsp. Philadelphia cheese
- Handful of chopped fresh tarragon
- x1 splash milk
- 1/2 punnet shiitake mushrooms
- 1/2 tin butter beans
- Sourdough toast
- x1-2 tbsp. Parmesan
chop and fry the garlic and onion in a pan until the onion is soft, add the mushrooms, tarragon, truffle oil and continue to fry for a few minutes. Add the Philadelphia, milk and butterbeans and continue to fry for a few more minutes, before mixing in the parmesan.
Serve on sourdough.
