Creamy garlic mushrooms on sourdough

  • x2 garlic cloves
  • 1/2 red onion
  • x1 tbsp. truffle oil
  • x2 tbsp. Philadelphia cheese
  • Handful of chopped fresh tarragon
  • x1 splash milk
  • 1/2 punnet shiitake mushrooms
  • 1/2 tin butter beans
  • Sourdough toast
  • x1-2 tbsp. Parmesan

chop and fry the garlic and onion in a pan until the onion is soft, add the mushrooms, tarragon, truffle oil and continue to fry for a few minutes. Add the Philadelphia, milk and butterbeans and continue to fry for a few more minutes, before mixing in the parmesan.

Serve on sourdough.
