- x1 tbsp. olive oil
- x2 garlic cloves
- x5 chopped cherry tomatoes
- x1 tsp. smoked paprika
- x1 tbsp. agave
- x2 tbsp. tomato puree
- chopped fresh coriander
- 125g butterbeans
Chop the garlic and tomatoes and start to fry off in a pan, add the other ingredients and allow to cook/heat through before serving on sourdough.
