Home-made beans on toast

  • x1 tbsp. olive oil
  • x2 garlic cloves
  • x5 chopped cherry tomatoes
  • x1 tsp. smoked paprika
  • x1 tbsp. agave
  • x2 tbsp. tomato puree
  • chopped fresh coriander
  • 125g butterbeans

Chop the garlic and tomatoes and start to fry off in a pan, add the other ingredients and allow to cook/heat through before serving on sourdough.
