I haven’t had a look back to see just how many banana bread recipes make an appearance on this blog, but I am guessing it’s a few! Banana bread is just a classic dessert/snack/breakfast – it’s so easy to make it taste good! This one I made using some Whey Box banana to give it a little bit more protein content then your average slice!
- 200g ground almonds
- 30g Whey Box banana protein (1 sachet)
- 1 egg
- 2 bananas
- 200ml almond milk
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
Blend all of the above before stirring in a handful of walnuts and sultanas.
Bake for 40 minutes at 170degrees!
