Chocolate raisin and hazelnut muffins

When your poor Nan injures her back, what could possibly make her feel better? Anything chocolate of course! These are really simple and quick to make, they are gluten free, refined sugar free, but they include 1 egg and so are not vegan.

To make 6 muffins:

110g buckwheat flour

50g coconut flour

50g oats

40g cocoa

12g coconut sugar

1 egg

30g chopped hazlenuts

8 tbsp. date syrup (maple, honey)

80g raisins

Simple as per usual – blend the above up and pour into silicone or well greased muffin trays. Add extra chopped nuts onto the top to decorate and then bake at 180degrees for 26 mins!
