I’m literally obsessed with every Whey Box flavour but this one seems to be everyones favourite! I’ve experimented with some ginger bread men cookies (naturally), but I wanted to try something a bit different. Chocolate and ginger are a dreamy combo so I knew these would turn out delicious. Also everyone loves a recipe that involves no actual cooking!! If you haven’t then head here
- 60g gingerbread Whey Box protein powder (2 sachets)
- 120g dates
- 30g cocoa
- 30g almond flour
- 30ml almond milk
To make these you literally blend it all up and press into a baking tray onto greased (with coconut oil), tin foil. I put these in the freezer for about 10 minutes to harden, before taking out and cutting into pieces!
