You may have read my blog here that was about four weeks into the Symprove 12 week plan, and curious as to how I got on.
To cut to the chase – I’m hooked! My gut has never been happier! 12 weeks might sound like a long time but that’s how long it takes to establish a healthy balance of gut bacteria, I2 weeks also isn’t enough if you get the mango and passion fruit flavoured Symprove, it’s SO delicious!
So what actually does it involve you ask? You drink one small cup of Symprove each morning 10 minutes before eating your breaky… and in 12 weeks you will feel significantly different (I felt the benefit after just 4!)
So if you didn’t read my previous post, Symprove is a water-based multi-strain supplement that contains 4 unique strains of live activated bacteria. These include: L. rhamnous, E. faecium, L. plantarum. Normally a healthy gut would contain all four of these, however when it doesn’t, it can soon become unbalanced.
Why does it work compared to other probiotics? Symprove is alive and active when it arrives from the bottle. Critically, Symprove is water-based so doesn’t trigger digestion, meaning it survives the hostile environment of your stomach. The four unique strains of bacteria in Symprove work together to ensure they thrive in the intestines and targeted areas of your gut quickly and effectively.
I have never been able to put my finger on why my gut never felt healthy – I always and easily became bloated and sore, and all I know is that now it doesn’t!
