If you’ve been an Emily’s Journal reader for a while then you’ve probably noticed that this blog has slowly evolved from 90& recipes… to hardly any at all! I haven’t stopped baking (or eating) all this time, but I have been pretty selfish and kept the recipes to myself… sorry!
I’m back and it’s with a good one… if you’re a chocolate lover than this one is for you. I did a bit of a Protein Works haul for this one, but you can substitute with any protein/nut butter/syrup if you need to.
- X2 ripe bananas
- X3 scoops coffee cooler protein powder
- X3/4 cup nut butter
- X1/2 cup coconut flour
- X1/2 cup milk
All you gotta do:
- Pre-heat your oven to 150degrees
- Blend up all of your ingredients
- Put the mixture in a greased baking tin
- Bake for 20 minutes
I topped mine with their chocolate syrup… delicious!
