It’s been a while since I made protein balls but I saw a post on Instagram today and it really sent me craving some! These literally took minutes to throw together and only need freezing for about 10 (or not at all, depends how you like the texture!).
I’m a serial snacker and I find myself grazing all throughout the day/need something sweet after my meals… so these are perfect!
(Makes 10 small)
3 scoops of Chocolate Peanut Cookie Dough whey from The Protein Works (yes, it’s as good as it sounds!!)
x3 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp. peanut butter
x2 medijool dates
x7 tbsp. coconut milk
Blend, shape, freeze for 10/15 mins and then enjoy (keep the rest in the fridge if you manage to not eat them all in one serving!)
