Arguably the most delicious for combo out there – chocolate and peanut butter! It’s Friyay and I had a bit of an afternoon sweet tooth so I rustled up these cookies in just 30 minutes including prep time!
- 150g buckwheat flour
- 210g peanut butter (I went crunchy)
- 100g dates
- 40g cocoa
- 25g chia seeds
- 45g maple syrup (date or honey)
- 50ml nut milk
Blend all of the above ingredients and shape or cut into cookie shapes. Bake for 25 minutes at 150degrees!
For the topping
- 1 large tbsp. peanut butter
- 1 tbsp. honey
- 1 tbsp. nut milk
- 1 tsp. cocoa powder
Mix the above until combined and then spread onto the cookies and enjoy!
