Whey Box protein banana cake

How I get Whey Box delivered to me every month and I have managed to last so long without making a banana bread/cake with the banana flavoured protein is beyond me! You can’t really go wrong with banana bread can you? I recommend taking it from a 9.5 to a solid 10 by smothering your slice in peanut butter!

This one is really easy to make, here is what you need:

  • x1 Whey Box banana sachet
  • x2 bananas
  • x1 egg
  • 100g ground almonds
  • 80g oats
  • 70g walnuts
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp. honey
  • 250ml almond milk

Optional toppings:

  • 50g walnuts
  • x1 banana

Simple as always, blend it all up (folding in the walnuts), pour the mixture into a cake tin or loaf tray, bake at 150 degrees for 40 minutes!
