DAIRY FREE Easter egg

Easter is on the horizon and it can be pretty hard to find dairy free/sugar free eggs for fussy/intolerant/ health food lovers like myself! So…. I made my own!


  • 100g cocoa butter
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 tbsp. maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp salted caramel coconut bliss from Biona (or nutbutter)
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp maca powder

Place the cocoa butter in a glass bowl over some boiling water until melted.

Blend the mixture with the rest of the ingredients.

Pour into egg shapes (I got mine from Lakeland) and leave in the fridge to set!
