February favourites

March 1, 2021
Each month I like to do a round up of all the things I have been loving throughout the month!
SunGod Velans Okay these have been favourites for months and months, but I recently got a new addition and FINALLY got back outside on my bike this month, which is why they’re making the list.
The SunGod Velans look epic (if I do say so myself!) and the greatest thing is that you can literally design them yourself – dangerous as I now have about 6 pairs in every different colour way.
The quest for the perfect moisturiser is always a battle – I have struggled to find much to match up to trusty E45, but I had been told that it’s not actually that great for my skin. I then found a lovely Bobby Brown one, but the price tag and how quickly I go through a pot really put me off.
This I have found to be perfect, and a price tag I can handle.
This next one I pair with the product above – it’s PERFECT for achieving a bit of a glow, especially when you’re outdoors/being sporty without makeup on a lot and don’t want to look so pale that you are ill! I often find face tanners to make me break-out, so this is fantastic that it’s actually good for your skin!
Allplants – As much as I have loved cooking in lockdown, some weeks are pretty manic trying to juggle work, side hustles, training and adulting in general. I did an Allplants order to have as emergency freezes supples – and then ended up eating a meal every single night! These are super delicious and packed full of goodness, really enjoyed and would recommend.
My friend got me some candles from here from my birthday, and the smell (without even lighting) is so strong, it fills a whole room!
I saw that they did the women bodies versions with speckles of gold, and you can pick pretty much any scent (hello Tom Ford Black Orchid!), it’s a small business and you order through IG dm’s.
This HAD to make the cut, because I am quite literally obsessed. If you live in London, you must venture to Gails bakery and pick up a loaf of chocolate sourdough, it’s insane. The chocolate chunk melt when toasted… need I say more!?

Finally, my Oura ring had to make the cut… I am a complete sleep geek now! You can watch more about why I like it here.
